David Forsythe is currently working alongside Paul Kirk managing the 2011 side at TW Braga.

David enjoyed 4 years at TW Braga.  Prior to joining, he had spells at both Linfield and Glentoran at underage level.  David signed for TW Braga in the Summer of 2015, playing under Tim Wareing, as well as Paul Kirk.  He was part of the successful double winning squad in the 2017/18 season who won the Lisburn League and Lisburn League Shield, finishing as top goal scorer for the club that season.

David also attended a number of trips during his time at TW Braga, including a tour in Manchester playing against the likes of Bury FC and Burnley, whom he scored against.  A tour of Old Trafford also took place that weekend.  More recently in September 2018, David was selected to represent the club in Belgium, where he became a Young Peace Ambassador during the Global Peace Games.  A truly heartwarming and valuable experience.

Outside of playing for TW Braga, David also helped volunteer with the Frame Football Programme, helping support the younger players at the club and gaining valuable coaching and interpersonal skills from this experience.

Currently David plays for Warrenpoint Town FC in the Irish Premiership.  He was recently called up to the first team match day squad in an away game to Cliftonville at Solitude.  David has ambitions to continue to improve his game and be a successful player in the coming years in the Irish Premiership.

He has such an affinity with TW Braga, who have played a vital role in his development as both a player and individual.  During his free time, he has remained with the club as a Young Assistant Coach with the ambition of gaining various coaching qualifications over the coming years.
