Massive congratulations to TW Braga 2002's, Manager Paul Kirk and Assistant Manager, Matty Nickels, on winning the Lisburn League Shield Final 2018 against TTBS.

The score at Full Time was 1-1 after David Forsythe equalised for Braga.  TTBS took an early lead in extra time but again Forsythe came to the rescue to equal the score at 2-2.  The game went to penalties with Michael McEnhill making the important penalty kick saves for TW Braga.  It was a great team effort.

It was very unlucky for TTBS to lose in this manner who played so well.  The game was over shadowed by the terrible injury to the TTBS player, Aidan McVeigh, who fractured his tibia.  Everyone at TW Braga sends their best wishes for a speedy recovery.
